CART MANDATORY GOLF COURSE
In a continued effort to maintain a 4-4.5 hour pace of play that our valued customers expect, Bridges Golf Course has implemented a new policy that requires all golfers to rent a power cart for their round of golf. This policy change is not taken lightly, and please know that we saw regular ridership of 98%+ on any given day.
All rates below reflect a power cart rental. Please call the pro shop with any questions you may have.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Bridges Golf Course requires 48 hours notice for cancellation and/or changes to your tee time. Cancellations and/or changes can be made online or over the phone up to 48 hours in advance. Emergency situations requiring cancellation or changes must be made over the phone, with management approval. Failure to cancel and/or change your tee time inside of 48 hours is subject to charges outlined below in the No Show Policy. Thank you for your diligence in maintaining your bookings with us.
NO SHOW POLICY
Bridges Golf Course has a strict policy regarding the no show of players on the day of play. Should you or anyone in your group fail to show up for a booked time, the following charges will apply:
1st OFFENCE – $20 No Show Fee/ Player, charged to the credit card on file with the booking
2nd OFFENCE – $50 No Show Fee/Player, charged to the credit card on file
3rd OFFENCE – Full Green Fee charged to the credit card on file, or $50, whichever is greater, and loss of future booking privileges
MEMBERS – no show will result in the loss of the a round for first offence, followed by the above fees for future no shows.
RAIN CHECK POLICY
Bridges Golf Course will offer credit towards future green fees as a result of being rained out during your round. Credit will be determeined on a pro-rated basis of the greeen fee paid to play. Rain checks apply to green fees, cart fees and rental club fees only. Rain checks expire within 365 days of being issued, and are not stored in the system, meaning any lost or damaged rain check slips can not be honoured. Subject to management approval.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
In addition to the above fee policies, I assume full repsonsibility for the cart(s) to be rented, and agree to pay any and all replacement or repair costs in the event the cart(s) is lost, stolen or damage, plus any expenses or fees incurred to collect replacement or repair costs. I further authorize Bridges Golf Course Inc. to charge my credit card for all costs incurred to repair or replace the cart(s) due to loss, theft, damage, and acknowledge that the repair or replacement of the same may require new parts, which I agree to pay in full. The same policy above applies to any and all property of Bridges Golf Course Inc., including but not limited to power carts, property, clubhouse, bridges, equipment, merchandise and furniture. *RELEASE* – I agree to completely release and indemnify Bridges Golf Course Inc. and its employees and officers from any and all liability or damages of any kind, including legal fees or resultant economic losses, arising from injuries to persons or property which may arise from the use of the cart(s) or the use of the cart(s) by anyone else while I have rented it.
DRESS CODE
• Shirts must be worn at all times.
• Tanks tops, halter-tops, painted, numbered, fishnet or
muscle shirts, and ripped/torn denim are not permitted.
• Proper golf footwear or athletic runners are expected on the golf course at all times. Metal spiked golf shoes, boots of any kind and heeled shoes are not permitted.
