In follow up to the email sent on May 7th, we have summarized all of the changes to your league night below. We will continue to monitor the guidelines outlined by the Province and Public Health Authorities, and look forward to being able to return a more normal league experience by the end of the year. The schedule outlined below will ensure all players get 8 league nights in, and should we be able to allow more golfers on a nightly basis, allow for the possibility of finishing the year with 10-12 league nights completed. Any league nights that we are not able to offer by the end of the league will be made up to you in the form of golfing credit. We are excited to be able to offer the league nights, even if under a revised structure, and we thank you for your assistance and patience while we work through these new challenges. *Leagues have been split into two groups (see below), and players will alternate playing on a weekly basis. This will accommodate the need for every player, unless from the same household, to have their own cart. One group will start on each hole of the 18 holes, creating an abundance of space on the golf course as well.*

*Players will be asked to load their own equipment onto their cart upon arrival, and head out to their hole right away. No congregating can be done around the clubhouse. Once at your hole, please safely socialize and warm up there. Play will commence right at 6:00 PM. This will ensure social distancing is maintained while we prepare for the evening.*

*Beverage carts will be circulating around each 9 starting at 5:00 PM to ensure you have your desired beverages prior to tee off. Service will be sped up as each beverage cart only has to service 9 groups throughout the
night!*

*The formal reception after golf is not currently permitted. Golfers will be asked to leave in a timely manner after golf, with no additional socializing in the parking lot.*

*The dinner portion of the evening will be adjusted to a deluxe takeout meal. These meals will be delivered within the first hour of golf and you will be provided with all cutlery, etc required. Chef has some great ideas planned for you! Please forward any food allergies to corey@bridgesgolfcourse.com by May 15th.*

*All prizes will be door prizes, and these will be drawn in advance of the night. An email will be sent with a listing of the night’s winners, and your prize will await on you on your cart at arrival.*

*Washrooms will be available on a limited basis in the clubhouse, in addition to the kiosk washrooms behind the clubhouse, and the portable washrooms on the golf course. All washrooms are being sanitized on a regular basis throughout the day. Please refrain from rushing the clubhouse washrooms, as we look to avoid a congregation waiting for these as well.*

*Clubhouse will be closed with exception of the washrooms. Staff will provide assistance as to entering/exiting the clubhouse for the washrooms. Pro Shop will remain open for merchandise purchases only, and available to 4 ladies at a time.*
