Bridges Golf Course Tournament Contract

2012 Contract

Thank you for selecting Bridges Golf Course for your tournament or group outing.

This contractual agreement has been prepared between Bridges Golf Course and the tournament organizer. Forming the contract are the rules & regulations, the tournament function and contract sheets as well as Bridges commitment to your event.

Bridges Golf Course agrees to provide the golf course and relevant amenities as detailed in the contract. In consideration of these services;

  • The client agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of Bridges Golf Course.
  • The client ensures that Bridges Golf Course and its employees shall not be held liable for any personal injury or damage to personal property suffered by the convener. Should any damage occur to the course or any of its equipment the client agrees to pay for any and all damages including damage to power carts.
  • A deposit of $500 is required for any tournament of 40 golfers or more, a $250 deposit will be required for tournaments of less than 40 golfers. This deposit will finalize your date with us. Balance of the total cost is required the day of the event. All deposits are non-refundable.
  • All clients must confirm final numbers for golf and food and beverage at least 10 days in advance. A 5% modification of your confirmed number of players will be accepted without penalty. After that time all cancellations or changes are subject to full charge and will be billed accordingly.
  • Tournament groups are considered any pre-arranged group of 20 players or more. All tournament green fees and power carts will be paid under one master bill.
  • Bridges Golf Course requires a list of players and pairings at least 4 days prior to your tournament to allow ample time for function set-up and administration.
  • Cancellations due to unplayable conditions will be made by the club and the Head Professional only. Tournaments will only be cancelled if the golf course is unplayable.
  • The tournament must comply with all MLCC regulations and laws. Alcohol can only be given out as samples and must have a company rep. on hand.
